What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3pm, and check-out is by 12 noon. Should you require early access or a later departure, our Front of House team will always try to accommodate your request where availability allows.

Is parking available?

We do not have private parking on-site. The nearest public facility is Sloane Square Car Park (SW3 4RD), just a 7-minute walk away. We also recommend the NCP London Knightsbridge at Cadogan Place (SW1X 9SA), or Chelsea Cloisters (SW3 3EL).

You’ll find us on numerous London bus routes. The nearest stop is Sloane Square.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Absolutely. Our Concierge Team will be delighted to arrange a chauffeur-driven airport transfer tailored to your arrival or departure schedule.

Do you offer laundry or dry-cleaning services?

Yes - both laundry and dry-cleaning services are available through our Housekeeping team. Same-day options are available for items collected before 9am.

Can I have breakfast in my room, and is there an additional cost?

Breakfast can be enjoyed in the comfort of your room for a £5 tray charge when booked on a Bed & Breakfast basis. If you are staying on a Room Only rate and would like to add breakfast, simply let our Front of House team know.

Can I request a specific room or view?

You’re welcome to submit special requests, including garden views. While we’ll always do our utmost to accommodate, please note that requests are subject to availability -particularly during high season.

What’s the difference between The Chelsea Townhouse and 11 Cadogan Gardens?

11 Cadogan Gardens is our flagship - an eclectic, elegant townhouse hotel with rich history and character, bold design, and elevated service.
The Chelsea Townhouse, our newer sister, offers a fresher, younger energy - a refined haven of tranquillity just across the garden square. Think timeless charm reimagined with a modern palette, with the same impeccable service.

Each delivers exceptional service, but the tone and aesthetic are distinct - designed to suit different preferences.

Do you have a spa?

We do not have a spa on-site. However, our Concierge Team is happy to recommend and reserve treatments at the best wellness destinations nearby.

Do you have a gym?

Yes. Guests enjoy complimentary access to our in-house fitness suite, available 24 hours a day.

What time does Hans’ Bar & Grill open and close?

Hans’ Bar & Grill is open daily from 7am to 10pm, and until 9pm on Sundays. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served with seasonal menus celebrating local ingredients.

What time is Afternoon Tea served, and how much does it cost?

Afternoon Tea is served daily from 2pm to 5.30pm. Prices start from £55 per person. Click here for more details.

Can I make a booking for The Chelsea Bar?

No need to book - The Chelsea Bar welcomes guests on a walk-in basis from 4pm, Tuesday to Saturday.

Are you dog-friendly?

Yes - well-behaved dogs are warmly welcomed at 11 Cadogan Gardens. Just let our Reservations Team know ahead of your arrival.

Yes. Guests of can enjoy complimentary access to the exclusive Cadogan Gardens - a privilege extended to only a (very small) handful of hotels in London. Whether for a morning coffee or a moment of calm, it’s a hidden haven right on our doorstep. Keys are available from Reception.
